1. What We Sell

   • We only sell grenade hulls—no explosives, no fuses, and no components that could weaponize them. These hulls are precision-crafted, functional components designed for lawful purposes, such as collecting or display.

2. Compliance with Federal Law

   • Under the National Firearms Act (NFA), a “destructive device” is defined as a device that includes all necessary parts to create a weapon, such as explosive materials or live fuses.
   • Our products do not meet this definition because they lack any explosive components or materials. Without those parts, grenade hulls cannot be classified as destructive devices under federal law.

3. Legal Precedent

   • The case United States v. Malone (546 F.2d 1182) confirms that an item cannot be classified as a destructive device unless all essential components are present and assembled. The court ruled that selling or possessing non-explosive parts, like a grenade hull, is not illegal.

4. Buyer Responsibility

   • While our products are 100% legal to own and sell, it is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
   • We only sell and ship within the United States. Any orders placed from outside the USA will not be fulfilled.
   • Any attempt to assemble a destructive device without proper authorization (e.g., ATF Form 1) is a violation of the law.
